Training OptionsThe eMark product has over 50 different modules and the user manual exceeds 170 pages. Self teaching the functionality of your eMark eCommerce application can be tedious and inefficient. Purchase a training block of hours and optimise your eCommerce investment.
To ensure the smooth rollout of your system we offer a range of training packages to suit your level of system integration and budgetary constraints. Training option 18 Hours – You will be given an introduction to the eMark application with an overview of all workflows and functions. The sales rep user group being examined in detail, with some user participation accommodated for. This option is ideal if you are looking to up-skill your sales staff in the quoting and CRM modules.Training option 216 Hours – You will be given an introduction to the eMark application with an overview of all workflows and functions. The sales rep and admin dashboards will be examined in detail wtih workflows for these user groups examined in more depth. These users will have a chance to operate the system with an eMark training consultant overseeing the process. This module is ideal if you are looking to up-skill your administration / purchasing staff in the application.Training option 322 Hours - You will be given an introduction to the eMark application with an overview of all workflows and functions. Administration, sales reps, technical staff and management workflows will be examined completely. Users will have a chance to trial all workflows within the system with an eMark training consultant overseeing the process. Other consultation will be provided on all website functions and advice offered on how to implement the system into the working environment. The package is ideal if you are looking to embrace eCommerce as a way of doing business and managing information. The sales rep, admin , sales management, content management system and helpdesk functions will be examined in detail giving you a holistic view of the application and how best to use it.Please note: The dashboards and targeted users group within the training options are interchangeable. I.e. it is possible for you to request the sales management dashboard and workflows in training block 1 in place of the sales rep and so forth. |
